Other Instructions regarding Camera Ready

  • Authors of accepted papers will receive an author kit with instructions for submitting the camera ready copy and the copyright form directly from Conference Publishing.

  • Authors are not allowed to add or remove authors after a paper is accepted, since this might induce after-the-fact conflicts, or might have caused other reviewers to be selected.

  • Changes to the order of authors as well as spelling fixes are permitted and can be sent directly to Conference Publishing. Anything else non-trivial needs approval by the proceedings chair.

  • Authors are not allowed to change the title of an accepted paper, since the title claims a certain contribution. Changing this wording may affect the original claimed contribution upon which the reviews were based.

  • If authors follow reviewer suggestions for a better title, the reviews must be forwarded with the changed title to the proceedings chair for approval.

  • Small fixes that obviously do not change the meaning and contribution (e.g. spelling, style, grammar, special characters etc.) are permitted and can be sent directly to Conference Publishing. Anything else non-trivial needs approval by the proceedings chair.

  • Papers that do not have a registered author by the author registration deadline will be removed from the proceedings. (We will send further information on the author registration process and deadlines once the registration system is set up.)
